01-09-09 - 31-08-09: The project will create such conditions for extraordinary talented students in order to catch their interest for technical and nature sciences and to motivate them for the scientific career. The project will create traineeships at the institutions of science Academy of Czech Republic and Universities focused for individual teaching for selected students. Every student will have our teacher, director of studies or research worker. Students will be realized their research project or they will make conditions for research progress during two years. It will reach progress in human potencional in long-term weak field of research.
