10th EUSCEA Annual Conference 2010 (EAC10) in Berlin, Germany The conference programme preparation team is headed by Pernille Vils Axelsen, DK.
9th EUSCEA Annual Conference 2009 (EAC09) in PERUGIA, Italy The 9th EUSCEA ANNUAL CONFERENCE, the EAC09, took place in Perugia, Italy, from 15 to 17 May 2009. It took place at the same time as the Science Festival in Perugia. EUSCEA members had the opportunity to participate with science demonstrations, shows, workshops and experiments. A new version of the EUSCEA SEMINAR was organised for interested institutions and persons.
W\E\S\08 - WONDERS EUSCEA SCIENCE FESTIVAL The "Finals" with shows from all over Europe took place as W\E\S\08 in Genoa, Italy, during the "Festival della Scienza" from 24 to 26 October 2008. The EUSCEA shows were found at the Palazzo Ducale in the centre of the city. On Sunday, there was an "Evaluation Meeting" with all presenters and with the interested public twith discussions of old and new ways of presenting science "in the open".

EUSCEA SEMINAR TheEUSCEA SEMINAR took place in Liblice near Prague, CZ, on 24 April 2008.The EUSCEA SEMINAR informed about organising science festivals. Thelecturers were: Joachim Lerch/DE, Jordi Mas/ES, Herbert Münder/DE,Delphine Picamelot/FR, Peter Rebernik/AT, Jan Riise/SE, and AnnetteSmith/UK. WONDERS Finals Event at the Pavilion of Knowledge in Lisbon, Portugal The partners of WONDERS andall other interested institutions and persons met in Lisbon November24, 2007 for the grand Finals of this project. The "Best of the Best"science communication events were selected and experiences of theexchange cooperation discussed.
White Book release at CER05 in Brussels! The EUSCEA White Book "Science Communication Events in Europe" was released during a well visited session at the CER05 on 15 November 2005. The book is the result of a three year EU-funded study of 21 science communication events all over Europe. The purpose is to inspire and share knowledge and best practices to both experienced and new event organisers. Please contact Joachim Lerch for information on how to get your own copy!
